Marine Bulldog Thank you card

My husband asked me to make a thank you card for someone at the VA office who had helped him with a great deal of paperwork.  He said he was a retired Marine.  Although the stamp is not Stampin' Up!, all of the other products are.    Below is a picture of the inside.
